Boarding Information

Providing quality boarding since 1983 on 50 acres. Horses boarded are provided balanced nutrition and first rate health programs. There are many amenities available: hot/cold wash area, secure tack room, horse trailer parking, lighted 100x200 outdoor arena, one round pen, a 64x144 indoor arena with heated observation room & miles of bridle paths through woods & fields. We even have fun group activities throughout the year.

SFS is committed to offering a safe, comfortable, enjoyable environment for all - critter and human- and will do all that we can to achieve this! Board due dates still have a 5-day grace period. If board is paid after the 5-day grace period, there will be a $10 late fee.

Offering five boarding options: Pasture, Deluxe, Private, Exclusive & Exclusive Private.

The extra boarding services fees prices will remain the same (blanketing, holding for farrier, etc.)

Pasture Boarding

Large paddock with grass pasture available. Large run-in shelter. Automatic waterer. Maximum herd size is 6. 24-hour access to slow fed weather protected hay. Individual grain fed twice daily.

$315/month + 15.75 State Sales tax= $330.75

Deluxe Boarding

More individualized care. Comfortable paddock with large pasture available. 24-hour access to slow fed weather protected hay. Brought into stall twice a day to be fed grain. Large run-in shelter. Automatic waterer. Maximum herd size is 8. Great for horses on supplements.

$355/month +17.75 State Sales tax= $372.75

Private Boarding

Comfortable paddock with run-in shelter. Some areas have 24-hour access to slow fed weather protected hay or may be fed individual hay twice daily. Grain fed twice daily. Pasture may be available depending on location. Automatic waterer or large water trough for easy access drinking. Great for horses with special needs. Some areas have only 1 horse, where others may have up to 2 other horses to form small group depending on needs and management.

Exclusive Boarding

Stalled at night in a comfortable, bright, matted stall and are in a paddock with pasture access each day with a herd. Run-in shelter access during the day. Automatic waterer in paddock. Heated buckets in stalls. Fed hay in stall at night and has access to slow fed weather protected hay during day with herd. Grained in stall twice daily. Maximum herd size is 8. Hand leading at extra cost. Great for horses with special needs.

$500/month + 25.00 State Sales tax= $525.00

Exclusive Private Boarding

Stalled at night in a comfortable, bright, matted stall and are hand led to a private setting paddock with possible pasture access each day. May be individual or with up to 2 other horses. Shelter access during the day. Either automatic waterer or large water trough in paddock. Heated buckets in stalls. Fed hay in stall at night. May either have access to slow fed weather protected hay during day with small herd or fed hay individually depending on location. Grained in stall twice daily. Great for horses with special needs and management.
